Back some seasons ago or cold sorc got nerfed and mastry is broken, its no longer -5 cold res per lv more like -1,
blizzard can we please undo the nerf that no one is happy about.

Agreed. But they arent even looking at the forums for community input.
Cold Mastery only works at 20% when its against Sundered Enemies. Namely enemies that would otherwise be Cold Immune and cosequently not even touched by Cold Mastery to begin with. For those enemies specifically, you want their resistance to suddenly become -100 like it is with every other Monster in the game? What… you want Conviction to work at 100% too so Dream Paladins can have -100% Resistance against everything? Heck Dragondins would hit -80 in that scenario with a level 44 Holy Fire aura and triple the pulse damage. You do realize your request makes zero sense.
I would be in favor of that. The Frost Sorceress is struggling and generally needs some love in terms of skills. But how likely is it that Blizz will step in here?
You can only restart her from the system in each ladder.

It’s just a cost-benefit calculation. That’s how it is with system ideology. Everything for profit and therefore little for what really matters.
