When I click play, the game says “Launching, playing now” than after a few seconds resorts back to “play”

In most cases the game not launching after hitting Play either means the system hardware doesn’t meet the requirements, or it means there’s some security software (third-party or Windows security) preventing the exe from running.
I’m here to let you know that this isn’t most cases. I’ve played COUNTLESS times on this machine, like stated above. I guarantee you it’s not your terrible generic response of “your computer doesn’t meet the reqs”
As far as security software, I have turned my firewall completely off, disabled all windows protection and your game still can’t run. It’s absolutely ridiculous that this is even happening, not to just me but countless other people. You don’t respond for DAYS if at all and wonder why your community is the way it is. I can’t even open a ticket with your terrible support system through D2R.
