Necy looks thick…maybe he has a cookie problem in his old age too. Close ups help…he’s swimming in his armor, you can see this from how wide the neck is. As I know a good many people who use a full harness no one ever swims in their armor…or has that much neck open. I disagree with this ‘decision’.
They seem to also have made the Assassin armor ‘Asian’ too…
I do miss the shineyness of the pally armor. These give it a more gothic and dark hew to the armor. The original shows a shiny, obsessively polishing his armor look.

They covered the legs of the female characters and the barbarian, and I don’t know how to feel about it.
I have no problem with that. If I was truly going out to fight foes with claws and sharp pokey things then I would not want exposed skin either. I see this as a step towards practicality not censorship.

Yeah these look really good on the char.
Some of them are going to take getting used to in inv. screen.
I don’t really like the icon of Ornate plate, for example, but
oh well it’ll be fine.

I was thinking for the pally it would be nice to have a few options that were shiny steel. Perhaps the Light Plate, Field Plate, Plate Mail and full plate could be shiny and Gothic and Ancient could be the darker look like these are.
Yea it will be an adjustment looking at paladins without that shine…obviously it would have been tough to make them completely shiny like in D2og, but…a little shine wouldn’t hurt with certain armor hah.
Nice, the appearance of my Stealth BP on reset got heavily buffed. LP type armors looking alright too.
