Claiming "Peak Time" issues?

I would just like to know, since this has been occurring since at least this past Saturday… WHO exactly, is this “PEAK TIME” for? I live in the US (East Coast) and I can assure you that this has not been “peak time” for any of the United States. I wake up around 8:30am and the game has been down -DAILY- until around noon. Any guesses?

Global peak time; worldwide.

The world is very small when you live in the US

I love how Americans think they are the only ones that matter. its peak time for other countries and for some reason if one server crashes they all crash.

There are other realms so it should only effect the realm. The problem is that it doesn’t seem isolated to the realm. So who is causing the problem? I would imagine probably India and China, item farms.

Sadly thats not how it works anymore when one realm goes down it all goes down.

Asia mate, 70% of blizzard’s revenue come from Asia

I know you just troling but if you believe in that even 1%, oh boy, you are in for the rudest of awakenings.

Yeah thats why companies cater to China because the American economy is the important one.

America is the hub of the world. They are the world police, and the bulk of the cultural and tech influence comes from there… and I’m not American…

Nobody gives a hoot about what’s coming out of China (except for man made viruses) or what’s new in India.

the hub lol, you mean the laughingstock, cause thats what the rest of the world thinks

I run a datacenter. That’s not how servers work. You don’t know what you’re talking about.

its pretty much a replica of the PD2 launch how its going right now. 1 region gets overloaded, everyone moves to other region which then gets overloaded. the servers restart and immediatly becomes overloaded again until peak hours are over. theres nothing PD2 team could do to fix it so i wouldnt expect any more from blizzard.

They use one authentication server for all regions so if the Asian/EU/NA region players end up crashing the authentication server in anyway it will be down globally so sure the “realms” might be working but no one around the world can log in.

I troll with the best of them. Sounds like you need some economics lessons, too.

So its Non-Americans that are the problem with the servers. They really need 1st world tech in 3rd world countries… Good to know its “your guys peak times” and not Americans. Thanks

except asia and the majority of europe have better and cheaper internet than the US. everytime i watch a US streamer he deals with framedrops lol, since the day twitch existed
