I have seen the first two cinematics and both of them have stuttered and were excessively choppy. I also noticed what seemed like heavy compression/artifacts. At times it felt like the cinematics were being streamed.
Is it like this for anyone else?

Yes, I expected better. The cinematics wasn’t as good as I thought it would be on PS4 Pro.
I have the same issue on PS5 cinematics stuttering and pixelized . Tried on both performance and quality mode and same experience.
Cinematics should just be a video playback, so that setting should not affect it. And because it’s just a video playback it’s very strange that it’s laggy.
