Those RMT site advertisement ones are not bots, whether it is one single person or not I can not say. But it is a person and not bots. I have entered those rooms often, sometimes to do Cows, other times to just jump in quick to look at something, and few times jumped into to try catch Dclone before someone else had the same idea.
Problem is not a bot issue with these, it is that they are allowed to advertise their website and nobody at Blizzard cares. FYI there are also ones advertising everything from clans to their Discord channel doing the same.

so they merged the chinese server with everyone else? Thats pretty significant isnt it? More players online?
