I think you want Anya. Charsi might work too but have not tried. Also red portal is a lot closer but not sure if faster than wp since they made wait time longer.
Charsi hands down. You can make a cow portal perfectly positioned next to Charsi, and Anya has a chance of giving you Ogre Gauntlets which with the high strength requirement are not a great option.

That was I thought too, Charsi has light gauntlet and normal 60 str gauntlet while Anya has gauntlets and ogre gauntlet variant.
