Do charms even work anymore? Plus, does a power/spell have to be on a (weapon to work. When I open the additional section on the character area, it does not show. Neither does it on the main character section.

What is the charm, and what is the spell? Charms with + to skills add damage. Charms with +5 cold damage, or +6 to max damage, etc. only work with weapon attacks.
