So I just logged in today and both my Amazon and Druid are gone. They weren’t max level but my Amazon was nearing 50. Is there anything that can be done to get them back?
If not I see no reason to continue playing if this is a thing. Why would I bother putting time and effort into a character only for them to be deleted out of no where.
All my online characters are also gone. Offline are still there
This issue pops up from time to time and it seems it’s hit again this weekend (mine are gone too - has happened for like 20-30 minutes at a time previously, though I thought they’d ironed out the issue).
My sorc level 83, and two characters >20 dissapeard as well… the game takes longer to load, so Im hoping its just because client is not reaching the servers. But yeah, If I lose my characters, thats probably it for a while.

It’s probably just that the servers are down and you aren’t getting the list of your online characters on your client. Just wait some time and try logging in again later.
I have had this problem happen multiple times. Just wait some time and relog later and they will come back.
Same here, all characters are gone. I was finally finding stuff and feeling comf. with meph and andy

Same with me, this will be the third time I lost my characters
Both of my online Characters have disappeared as well. A level 71 paladin and a level 11 sorceress. Is there anyway to get them back?
2 characters missing as well on the online.
