I was playing Diablo II: Resurrected on my PS5, and I had several online characters on my account.
I decided to play on my PC as well, so I downloaded Battle.net and linked it to the same account.
When I logged into the game on my PC to check my characters, none of them were there. At that moment, the characters were still visible on my PS5.
About 3 minutes later, I checked again on my PS5, and all of my characters had disappeared there as well.
I don’t understand why this happened, because it’s the same Battle.net account on both platforms.
