Characters and items have all disappeared

after yesterdays bull of not being able to log in at all from console i decided i would pick it up on pc and continue my progress there since they could atleast log in. When attempting to do so my account was in the wrong region so i had to open a ticket and wait to get that resolved. After linking my xbox account to my battlenet account every character and item are now gone.

I missing all my online characters since two days, i also linked my XBL account to the battle.net account a few days ago, but i don’t remember when. First i thought i’m not able to connect to battle.net, but now it seems i’m connected to battle.net but the online characters don’t show up.

The real problem is, you’ve just gone and given Blizzard another $40 for the game even after them treating us like pieces of sh*t, with this abomination of a launch and next to no communication.

Relax. Think about what just happened. You played on the PC, then linked that battle net account with the console …

Now all your items and characters are gone???

Relax, you linked a new account to the console. Find the other account that your console was using where your missing characters are, unlink the PC account and relink that one.
