Just passed to act 2 level 13 got error and now im level 10 in act1. The hell ?

None of us were, and my friend lvl 24, still level 24.
Me though? Level 10 in A1. We were at Ancients. I demand and answer or something this is garbage.
Thats why… I logged off earlier when they said to log off, and I have had zero rollback so far.
Hopefully they fix things, but TMK the progress is gone, keep playing on!
I’m playing offline.
I don’t see the point of playing with lag without having Ladder.
The situation is that I left home to buy some things.
I came back and my level 18 paladin with Malice and Stealth disappeared.
How can I have character rollback while playing offline?
Someone explain it to me.

characters are stored server side whether online or offline

No they are not offline is stored locally on your computer

Only my parents were at home and they have no reason to make these “jokes”.
Somehow I lost an offline character.
Can confirm, rollback on my offline character as well. levels and mission progress etc. i restarted the game to try and fix /players not working. tried rebooting battle.net after, doesn’t fix it.
I can’t still no play and i am waiting for the Fix that i can play. But I honestly feel with U guys , who lost many Levels at this time. Head Up

I just loaded my old offline chars and all working fine
Offline chars have nothing to do with online or rollback.
Just bought it. Played an offline Paladin for about an hour. Save and Exit. Close game. Went to lunch.
Came back, logged in, no offline character.
You sure it’s offline play, Bli$$?

It also happened to me about / players x.
If it’s offline then it works 100% of the time.
The message appears in the chat and not in the upper left.
It happened to me that the chat was not updated (?). I had to scroll down and there I could see all the / players x that I had tried.
