Just played from act 1 - act 3 on PS5. Saved and exit the game. Afterwards I noticed that my whole progress was not saved!
Please check if my progress can be restored!!

Same thing happened to me. I was on the 5th quest of act one and saved/logged out (was like level 12) and the character is now a level 1 with no progress.
Same here on Xbox. Had a rollback yesterday from level 6 to 2, no biggie. Reached level 17 today in act 2 and after logging out I’m back to level 7. Created a new online-character to check the shared stashes and they are all empty. I’m not wasting any more time on this game until this is fixed.
Same here, hit end of act 1 today. Logged back in this evening and I lost 8 levels and basically all of the hours of progress today. Very frustrating
Yep same here (PS5)…finished chapter 1 with a stash full of yellows for other characters. Must have been lvl 20+ after clearing all the content. Exit and saved to create a new char and saw my toon was lvl 5…logged in and stash was empty. Checked achievements and had the one for completing chapter 1. Checked cinematics and had the one for the desert (chapter 2)…Exited game and restart and still at lvl 5.
This was done with an online solo character.
Not sure why this rollback happened…but it sucked. Same ol’ Blizzard launch (have been with Blizzard since original PC version of Warcraft: Orcs and Humans {RTS}, Diablo, Starcraft, Diablo 2, and WoW {and almost all the expansions …what a debacle for every launch}. Oh and Diablo 3 is in there also.
So play at your own risk boy’s and girl’s…Probably going to have to get bunches of patches under the belt until stuff like this stops happening.
This happened to me too…. I was just at the end of act 2 saved and left…. And boom…. It erased over 4 hours of work busted me back down to lvl 17…
Had my pally through act 2 NM and this morning he’s back at level 1 - shared stash is still there for some reason. Game is unplayable until this is solved
