well i just got disconect, durring identify with decard cain. it put a message your trasnaction is [something dont remember] game freeze,i got disconected,all my characters are lost.
serius, allow players refund the game, you do an very bad job,and stil the game director got his job? how bad are u , non even free games got server issues. what about my items i farmed all those days? what if i make a new character now and u restore the rest? will be lost? am very frustated with activision…allow old blizzard team to do their work right…do not press them to make a bad game like that.
Yeah… if you play the game… even a little… they won’t refund it. I lost everything cause of a bug in their system… They told me no restore of any characters or items… Though rollbacks do restore characters… but that’s only if you are lucky… Not all of us are.
