It is server maintenance as we speak. That’s why. They will be back.
I got this as well lmao i though it was because i created too many mules before quitting 30 mins ago
Same thing happened to me. Was running hell chaos and suddenly my level 81 sorc is gone along with the rest of my roster.

4th day in a row, can’t play a full day without problem. I am getting tired of this. Got stucked with the character already in a game since launch, now my character isn’t showing up also.
server maintenance how does no one the alert on the launcher for this …well be down for a few hours

" prime time " for you, isnt prime time for everyone. its 11 am here on a sunday. a lot of people are at church and/or watching football.

Characters just dissapeared 2 minutes ago. I mean, I was only in act 2, but I don’t want to go through all that again.

they need to have a message that prompts the user that servers are down. otherwise people freak out thinking their character no longer exists.

its supposed to be live maintenance where you can play during,apparently not because all my characters are gone hopefully they come back after
