Hello, after having several problems connecting to my friends games, i decided to stop for a while the game, and try again 1 hour after. My surprise when I connected is that my Sorceress 75 with a bunch of runewords disapeared from my account.
This was just before the maintenance. around 18.30, 18.45, i talked to cain, game crashed, then in champ select i didn’t have the sorc at all.
Can someone tell me the steps i need to follow to recover my character? Thank you.

After 17 days without a reply, i think I am going to ask for a refund. This game is unplayable and you never know when your character will disappear along with your items.

I also lost all of my stuff so I asked them for it back or a refund. Got declined on both accounts. Cause I played they won’t give me a refund…
