Yup. I’m waiting till ladder season 1 and hoping that these issues are fixed by then.
I have little to no hope of the progress they deleted to be returned. Depressing I know… but this is just how it’s done these days…
Still crossing my fingers but until I know these issues are fixed or can be resolved I don’t see any reason for playing the game. Just feels like a punishment to me… that I paid for haha! (they also won’t refund the game…)

Well heard back from blizzard and got confirmation that items/character deleted are just gone gone. So sticking with my original plan but here is a link to my post with their response.
