Same. Tried to talk to Cain and game froze. Then I reloaded it and poof.

Played Yesterday, Log back on after an Update and I no longer have any characters

After playing yesterday and today, my online character has disappeared from my account. please could you give a solution?

Same here, i log onto my account and have no more paladin lvl 45. Could we have some help here please ?

Same with mine, Level 28 Druid gone from online account

Spent multiple hours just to have my character deleted. This is insane and no communication from blizzard. I guess their to busy dealing with their law suit.

I tried to recreate mine who had disappeared and was told name is in use so I think the characters are still there somewhere so they may come back eventually. I also created a druid with another name and it wouldn’t let me play. I got Failed to join Game. This is offline and I don’t plan to play online so don’t have any online characters.

Just to be sure, my problem is ONLINE, and i can create a character with the same name. As i said, it just disapeared from the select menu.

ONLINE character deleted (no offline characters exist.)

Been playing ALL DAY with friends, logged off to play my solo barbarian and my druid is just gone. The game will let me create a new character with the same name- which leads me to believe that it’s actually gone. This happened yesterday and I couldn’t make a character with the same name - that character was back after a reload. No such luck this time.

Seems to be a pretty big ongoing problem. There are a lot of us. Pretty demoralizing.

My online character is gone too…really sad

Single Player Character gone too. The file was present, but character would not load.

A character I transferred over was still playable though.

Exactly what its happening to me. I had several problems joining my friends games, i talked to cain, game crashed and my sorc was missing from my account. I have my paladin still, but my full geared 75+ sorc was gone like dust in the wind. Lets hope i have an answer
