Character back levels and gear, cannot log in. Where’s my refund for this trash please.
Well at least you have your characters, mine are all gone from the list

Same here. Went to create a new game, got this " Character Couldn’t be found on the server" message. After restarting the game all my characters are gone from list
It’s pretty ridiculous this is happening immediately after a big patch released meant to fix bugs.
This has just happened to me also. Just completed Act 2 and entered act 3 was just walking outta kurrast town killed those dark wanderer mobs then server interupted came up and was showing an older level of my character in the menu. when you press play it said character cannot be found… Then I reloaded just like you and it’s gone! All that grinding GONE 
Yeah… They won’t refund cause we’ve already played… I tried…
And they won’t restore any items/characters despite them getting deleted from bugs on their end… Yeah… Here is where you can tell them about it… And see what they told me.
