What:
Change CTA ed to fcr
instead of giving the weapon ED, let us have 50fcr or at least 40fcr instead.
Why:
It would buff melee/phys classes or any classes that need IAS and only use FCR for teleporting and it would be a small buff to warcry barbs.
It would remove weapon switching to wizzy after bo for some classes and improve game flow.
But:
wouldn’t that not also buff casters?
Not really, because they already want their FCR BPs on their fighting slot and suicide branch, wizzy and hoto already provide better fighting power / defensive stats than cta.
