Guessing 0% but then again there was a ton of changes not verified added to the patchnotes on 2.4.
Outside of fixes, it’s basically a 100% chance of nothing new this close to the start of the ladder. Any new QoL updates and/or balancing will likely be for the next patch proceeding the next ladder.
Here’s my shoe in to fix the Iron Golem disappearing bug, and also to bring back the original Blood Star graphic for the Succubus. An in-game trade platform would be a big plus as well. Do it Blizzard… DO ITTT!!1
