Can't use chat in-game and lobby

I can’t see anything that people are writing in-game and I can’t write nothing too. I always receive the message “You are not in that channel” I cant see and write in the lobby too. Help please

Hey there,

In your Battle.net account privacy settings, make sure that text chat is enabled.

Also, in-game in Options → Gameplay ensure that you have the “Allow Online Chat” box ticked on.

a friend of mine is having this same issue since launch. This didnt fix it for her. Any other ideas? Exactly as OP described

i have made several posts concerning this and no response i am getting the same issue and i have already checked that i have all these settings enabled
