Cant play in full screen due screen tearing

Hi!
I just bought the game, and it’s impossible to play the game in full screen. I thought it was the GPU or a bad performance but there’s no problem with that, I can play God of war or Horizon in PC without so much inconvenience.

Then switch the game from Full screen to Windowed (even with ultra specs) and everything runs great, but the idea is to play full screen. My problem is that the screen starts tearing, even in the menu. It’s disappointing

This can occur if the FPS is changing wildly or is outside the refresh rate range of the monitor’s Freesync/gsync feature. I recommend the following:

• In game goto Options → Video → Enable Vertical Sync. (Retest)
• If the issue continues try setting FrameRate Cap of 60. (Retest.)

After that, you may need to lower settings; try setting Graphics Presets to low temporarily and the Resolution scale to 90. If issues improve then we need to make adjustments to ensure FPS remains a bit more stable by keeping graphic settings lowered.
