Hello, In d2 my character Dubonosik (sorceress) cant finish Q3 due to the game write that it have already completed, so I cant open door into Durance of Hate or teleport there. Pls help

I assume that you have Trav quest done and completed.
You have to take the weapon that drops at Trav along with the other 3 organs and transmute in cube, then strike the orb on the floor with weapon in Trav temple.
You will then be able to go through the floor opening into durance lvl 1.

I had eye and heart in cube, but when I joined some party rush something went wrong and this items disappeared from my cube, so now I cant finish act 3 and cant reset Q3.
I do not have Trav quest items and not able to pick it up and in the same time this quest is completed(
This is not a bug.
What you did by getting a rush and not finishing Act3 is not the way the game is supposed to play.
It’s all about getting all 3 organs and weapon in Trav.
After transmuting it in cube you smash orb in Trav temple and go through to Durance 1.
You can actually do that again.

If worse comes to worse you should be able to do the high council quest in Trav (if not already done) and get the durance level 2 wp from a helpful person. Even if you can’t open the door as long as council is done you will be able to take the wp. Then you can kill the Act 3 act boss and keep going.

Because you didn’t follow the group doing the quest you were in. Recreate yourself a game and carry on where the quest status is ?

That right, it is cool they corrected quests act3 to how they are supposed to be.
