hello, im from Ukraine. I play with ps4 pro, pre-ordered the game a couple of days before the release. at the time of release, the game download button did not appear. when I go to the diablo page through the ps store or the library, it throws me to the main menu and nothing happens. I was doing a console reset. restored licenses. activated and deactivated the console as the main one. tried to load the game through the browser version. nothing works. noticed that this problem is mainly with the guys from Ukraine. How to be?

I have Pre-ordered game, waited till timer goes off aaaand - nothing.
There is no “download” button in library and i can’t even download it from Sony’s website.
I literally can’t do anything with that.
I’ve already tried all advises i googled.
Just nothing!
And on a top of it - Sony asks you to wait on a line for an just eternity and doesn’t even reply on email.
Totally disappointed.

Somehow i was able to download the game from the playstation website. Hope it works for you too. Just go to the playstation store, login to your account, find the D2R, click on “download from the library” button and choose your console.
