Are servers down on switch? I cant connect atm. Anyone knows.
There is no damn site to show servers status as well
They have locked out console players until next patch.
Offical statement:
They havent locked out console players, but they have failed to accomodate them leading to very small chance of success to connect.
They have locked out players on console, and admits it in the link. They now have a queue on backend but only on frontend on PC. Which makes it impossible for console players to play if they are not extremly lucky to try to connect when there is no queue or in the middle of the night.
How is that not locking console players out?
Basically to get on, you have to try logging on when nearly nobody else is trying to, as far as I can tell. So, essentially, yes we are locked out. I remember thinking this game was gonna be the one to finally “kill” D2LOD, but it isn’t even close.
It essentially is but eventually a console will get connected after enough retries. Couldnt say consoles are locked out since I have it on screen at the moment. Mainly unavailable, definitely.
