First off, reporting RMT spam bots is doing nothing… Secondly, I try to right click and hit block and nothing happens. If I try to block with chat commands it also doesn’t work. What is going on?

So I also just realized that since the right click whisper/ignore/add friend doesn’t work on these spam accounts that also means the reports are probably not working either. The reports are being sent in on nobody. Just a blank space attached. Blizzard, wake up.
I’m tired of it too. It’s crap like this that is going to ruin the game. Not only this, but the obvious issues as well (server problems, which are likely due to botters, hackers, dupers, people who sell items on p2w d2 sites, etc.)
for the time, if you find the character in the lobby thats spamming, you can right click and select “whisper” and their bnet account will pop up with it, then replace “whisper” with “ignore” and youll stop seeing messages from every character they create on that account
its still ridiculous that we have to go through all of that when you can easily just have a moderator ban these accounts on the spot. but what do i know
They really don’t give a hoot anymore, it’s so frustrating. The game is dying fast with the crashing servers and non stop RMT spam bots. I even have some whispering me now spamming RMT websites. I report them for harassment, spam, botting, etc. Nothing is done.
