Cannot open the game at surface 3 laptop

Hi, I cannot open the game for playing at my surface laptop 3. The older laptop can be used to open it, but it was very slow due to the aged hardware. Can you please help?

I have been using this laptop to play Diablo III without issue. It is fast enough even though I have no dedicated GPU.

aye, that CPU has integrated video.
how’s the ram?

it has 16G ram. as I said, Diablo III has no issue. but don’t like Diablo II apparently.

Yea, ive got same laptop, same issue. Tried a lot of different things. Just hoping for a patch that might fix it ):

Unfortunately, the integrated GPU isn’t supported. Not sure there is much you can do, other than make sure you have the latest graphics driver from Intel.

I was able to get into the game a few times, but most of the time I wasn’t. I use a similar computer configuration . From the few opportunities I’ve had to get into the game, I can see that there is an opportunity to solve this problem, hopefully in the near future.
