When creating new runewords, it will not identify the rw or give rw abilities. This is only on the 2.4 rw’s not existing rw’s.

Um what’s the point of PTR if we can’t test item balance with new ladder only runewords?
Now Blizz wants us to invest time leveling a character just to give them free beta testing which we paid for?
Is this the expectation?
We did test most of the item/balance changes in last PTR.
This is more for testing the ladder functionality is working as intended
