Cannot login Battle.net on multiple devices at the same time

I bought two Nintendos, two D2R software licenses, and also the PC version of D2R. When I try to log in with the same Battle.net account, the other logged-in devices are disconnected.

Since I have multiple characters, I should be able to play with different characters at the same time, because I am paying for multiple software licenses, so I should be able to use the software at the same time.

If Blizzard make the system such that a user with multiple licenses can only use one character at a time, then you have to sell me just one license or at least a discounted rate for additional licenses, instead of taking multiple full-price license fees from me.

How can one person play multiple characters? That’ s not your business. There is a complete shortage of shared stash, and there is a way to use it for anything, even transferring items. The important thing is that you can’t use the software at the same time, even if you have paid for multiple full-price licenses.

Wouldn’t it be strange if you had three Windows PCs but could only log in to one of them at a time?

Your issue is using the same account. You can’t do that. You can only run one instance of the game per account. You need multiple accounts if you want to run multiple copies of the game.

Correct. That is how your Bnet account works. You can only log into it from one device at a time.

Further, the game has global saves. It can’t be saving progress on PC and Nintendo to the same Bnet account at the same time. Your saves would over write each other.

If you wanted to play on Nintendo and PC at the same time it would have to be on 2 diff Battlenet accounts.
