Cannot launch game

I have bought D2.

  1. I cannot launch the game, I am FAR above the minimum specs required. I have updated my graphics through NVIDIA and restarted my PC

I have an RTX 2070
AMD Ryzen 7 2700X Eight-Core Processor 3.70 GHz
16.0 GB Ram
Running Direct X 12

Unexpected error pops up after: Report ID
721B7145-F376-4887-84FA-8ACCA4066836 (edit - most of the time it doesn’t pop up with anything).

If I do it again it just spits out a new reference number.

I can’t launch the game either.
Re-installed everything, been at it for an hour.
Where is the refund button? I’m going back to pluggy.

I STILL CANNOT LAUNCH… Don’t know WTF is going on. Took my machine in to the IT shop and the guy tried everything he could. STILL CANNOT LAUNCH. I play D3 on this machine all the time, I can’t be the only one.

Taking your PC in isn’t going to fix a game that’s broken.

Just have to wait until they fix it I guess (hopefully soon)

Have the same problem, updated my drivers, reinstalled game but it still crashes during start without any messages. I don’t want to refund. Hope this problem will be fixed

Same exacted issues here, tried everything. hopefully they fix it soon.

I’m having the same issue here. Windows is up to date. Updated my video card drivers in case that was the issue. Don’t own any other games that crash on startup so…Going back to playing D2 on my old win98SE machine until they get it fixed.

3 patches, same result. load game to front menu and crashes to desktop without an error code everytime within 5-15 seconds

have 2080 super and 3800x

i’m having the same problem, I have been posting forums and reporting bugs since the day it launch over the same issue i have and Intel i7 Processor with and Geforce Gtx 1060 if you resolve your issue will you let me know please??

Of course, that what`s the community about but i think it has to come from blizzard at this point.

i promise as far as i know your not the only one with that issue. I’m having it as well. and what is crazy i have put in a ticket to blizzard concerning this issue and that deleted my ticket all together. So i do not know that is going on

i got same issue here… Problem is at Blizzards end, should have been fixed already
