"Cannot initialize Graphics" After most recent patch

I run Windows 10 64 bit and a 1080TI GPU.

Same setup I’ve had since D2R was released.

I just updated to the most recent patch and now I’m getting an error when I try to start the game saying it can’t initialize graphics. All drivers and apps are up to date.

I can’t be the only one having this issue, so any help would be nice. Thanks
