Cannot connect to server.
Crashed, restarted game, could not connect to server (once on character screen).
Rebooted and same thing. All characters disappeared.
Anybody else in that situation?

I see you have an EU account. Apparently they are doing some sort of Battlenet level Maintenance in the EU so any account set up through there is impacted. The CS Twitter has quite a few replies in the past 15 mins about it.

I am on ps5 and can not connect. Just bought the game and can not get past the start screen even thought internet and other online games work fine. I am on the NA servers.
How do I know if I have an EU account and also can that be changed?I don’t live in EU and would appreciate not getting blocked from playing game due to region mix up.
I would also like to know. I connected to EU once when Americas was having issues, and I need to make sure my account is America.
My battlenet character was started the first time, then I can only play SP due to the failed connection to battlenet.
Tried to stop firewall in case it was blocking but yeah same here no battlenet toons available.
I’m aussie and I have to play on the US servers.
