It happened again at 13:31 today. I am so tired of EXP collecting now. Cannot connect to server while I was fighting a small boss in hell. Every time I have to take a deep breath and wait to see after the count down time of the sever if my Sorc will still be alive. Mostly she died and lost 10 percent Experience from 1-2 hour collection.
If Blizzard does not stop this 10 percent penalty, I think I should ask for refund. I could stand server down sometime but not with huge EXP penalty like this.

2 options here:
1 - play single player offline that is not effected by poor isp service.
2 - build a character that can tank d/c’s

type /framerate into the chat box and press enter and read back the stats listed
That has happened to me twice at lvl 96 while teleporting to baal. Its so frustrating when u die like that.
I really prefer the d3 team focus on fixing this basic stuff like yesterday. We still cant talk half the time in game… Game randomly freeze and u die… Server derps out u die… Craft too much and ur items poof… Type game name or pw in wrong upper or lower case and cant join… Lobby simply does not work with controller on pc… Wsg does not work… Ebug missing… No ladder… Sin melee skills autohit… The list goes on and on. So many things they need to fix! What the hell are they thinking
It happened again 10:45, just now. Could not connect to Battle.net for a while. During that I switched to YouTube, Gmail. All can be connected, except for only Battle.net. I am so tired of Experience penalty in Hell for this reason.
