I recently bought the game and I was able to create an online character but after about an hour I got kicked out of the game. I tried to go back but I get the message Cannot connect to the server. Are servers down or do I need to something else?

Can you retry at this time. (You may need to restart the Battle.net App first.) There was an issue affecting login for newly purchased licenses that should be fixed now.
I ended up re installing the game, after that I haven’t had any issues so far. Thank you very much.
