I bought a new account two days ago on battle.net and yesterday, went online and created a few characters for this new account.
After that, I got disconnected from battle.net and cannot connect again with error messages like “failed to connect” or “cannot connect to server”. Same problem today.
At startup the game is set to the “offline” tab only and clicking on the “online” tab gives me the error messages stated above.
Logging into battle.net app works fine and logging in and playing D2R from differents accounts works fine with same ISP, same IP address, same computer and same setup so this is likely a bug on the BN server side.
Many thanks in advance for your swift assistance so I get ask for a refund if I cannot play anymore.
