I don’t think so, but I bought titan quest for Android and have it on my phone and it plays wonderfully. That’s what I would suggest, the port is flawless and I have all the expansions.
And you can just enjoy D2R separately.
Another alternative is that you could get D2R on nintendo switch…that would effectively give you a mobile/tablet experience. I would do that if they had cross platform play, which they should.

Up to 16 skills, “inventory tetris”, tens of items on the ground… Good luck with that on a touch screen…
Unless the game is specifically designed for mobile, you wouldn’t enjoy playing a “dumb” port. I’m afraid the closest you can get is Diablo Immortal.
