Just killed Nilithak about 30 times in a row, tried on Players 1,3,5,7 and didn’t drop a single key after 30 runs. I know keys have alot of value online but can we chill a bit with the low drop rate on single player?
Legit made me turn off the game and NEED a break from it. Can we increase key drop rates on single player please
I dont see a point. If you really need them and dont like farming them, just copy then or use old d2 and hero editor.
Can you even use a hero editor for D2:R? Either way, so many drop chances are stupid low across the board. Always have been. e.e.
Well thats how game was designed to be. Its not easy to find everything. Its supposed to be hard. If that is your issue, you can download some mods increasing drops for d2r.
Anyway the keys, you can use old d2 give yourself keys in hero editor and transfer save into d2r. Or you can copy your char with keys, tranfer key to shared stash then copy back your char save file to have duplicate.
Independent from key drop rates, this argument is just so typical BS from you. It doesn’t matter what point you see, people play legit single player and have fun that way, and they can still want and ask for things to be easier whitout you trolling around telling them they should just cheat or how they should enjoy the game.
At topic, yes they droprates suck. But it’s unlikely that blizz will introduce own SP drop rates or increase key drops. You COULD(!) use an editor.
Cry me a river. Drop rates are fine, if they are not good for you, and game is too hard use mods or cheats.
And yes i play offline too, its not hard to get drop actualy with command x.
You can even simulate trade with other offline players by sanding save files.

I didnt, you are just complaining about my posts. Its common that some people on this forum want game easier. And we are talking about freaking offline mode where you have various way how to make stuff in few minutes so yes there is really no point to increase drops for fracture of player base which doesnt like too much item farming.
Drop rates of items are setup quite reasonably well, almost perfectly. No reason to change them for all players because some people dont like farming.

Good: Telling people that chances for that change are zero but they could use an editor to deal with it.
Please stop acting dumb and go read my first two posts. I provided multiple ways how op can get what he want. The keys. My advice was actualy usefull unlike yours who came here with personal attack to me because i probably did hurt your feelings for being honest.
Some people find two keys in one run,some not in 30 runs, thats RNG.
with high players and known maps it’s really not an issue to find keys

People play SP legit, you can’t just dismiss any SP request because “lol just cheat”.
There are reasons against drop change request (mostly because just won’t happen) but the existance of editors is none.
If i edit keys why not torch. If i edit torch why not complete char. If i edit complete char why play at all?
Some people are okay with editors, some not, it’s not up to you to tell them how they should! play. Just make suggestions how they could! play.
Finally we agree. I’m also happy noone asked to make the fights easier.
So what? I play single player too so yes i can dismiss it. And i didnt dissnis it because “cheats”. I did because drop rates are fine. Drop chances are designed andset well. For those unhappy with it, thete are other ways how to get it which i described.
Why are you asking this? Dont you have your own head? Play as you want, if you want to play with increased drop rates, learn to mod or download mode for that. If you want instant items use hero editor, if you want mercenary equip, download mod… Play as you want.

There’s nothing wrong with appreciating the game for how it has been. I’d hardly call it a warped vision… If anything, those who want all of the drastic changes are the ones who have a warped perspective of what the game should be. It’s a wonder why they bought D2:R in the first place… Oh yeah, duh, the fancy graphics.

Think of single player offline mode as a testing ground for your final build for your online characters.
Yep, I found I would need about an average of at least 10 rolls to get a 6/6 CTA. So I haven’t bothered to make in on my online char.
There is a 1/30 chance of getting a 6/6 CTA not 1/10 
Just use a mod. Go to nexus - there are many mods that can help with such problems. I play only single player with increased rune and key drops. Much bigger stash and other good things.
