Can we have a Leaf runeword in an Orb?

So many good 2os orbs with plus skills go to waste. Can it be possible to make at least Leaf in orbs also? Maybe some other Orb runewords?

I agree, orbs are neglected. Vendors don’t sell them and no runeword.
