I think when gaming company gets to the point when it’s unwilling or unable making left click to do… left click, something is terribly wrong.
why don’t you just use spacebar for your force moove… or simply buy a mmo gaming mouse like Razer Naga or that certain logitech mouse i’ve been hearing about and just remap your key bindings in your mouse software… you’d also be happy to know that such mice are abe to be set to react a lot quicker than standard M$ mice… standard action i regular mice is once every 8ms or 125Hz polling rate… this can be toned down to 4ms a.k.a 250Hz, 2ms a.k.a 500Hz or as low as 1ms a.k.a 1000Hz polling rate, which literally mean your skill casts will not have an internal hardware cooldown of 8ms per click, and could actually be cast every 1ms.
Naga for example can be equipped with addtional 12button grid for your thumb to press… you can map those in game to anyting, releavingyour left hand from tension ( or righthand if you’re a leftie and buy a naga for lefties), there’s nothing wrong with the game, it’s just you who don’t act open mindedly…
Better if they fix melee and expand some RWs: Grief/Infi for all weapons, Doom for Scepters, Fprti for Shields, Leaf and RWs in Sorc Orbs, elite Voodoo Heads with 4sox and shield RWs like Spirit in it 
also make most expensive Last Wish RW more viable: replace ED by +DMG.

necro is a similar deal in classic as he is in expansion
grab an top elite wand and cube it with 3x flawless gems you get ilvl 30 item that can roll any affix, and lvl 1-24 staffmonds, voodoo shield is the same deal just it’s waay cheaper only spiked club ( from charsi) and two skulls of any quality… You just need to take bloodlord skull ( top level elite voodo head) it’s qlvl is high enaugh to get any prefix ( let’s face it You want only +3 to classtab) the suffix is always useless “of spikes”, and staffmods yet agin roll between 1-24, because affixes roll based on qlvl if qlvl>ilvl, and staffmods always roll based on ilvl, so things like spirit for anything else than CtA offhand is a waste…

Left click also picks up items from the ground, so… yeah, it probably is that hard with the old engine. Kind of like how the Frostbite engine didn’t have native quick save functionality, so games like Mass Effect Andromeda did not have that feature. I suggest binding spacebar to force move. Its comfortable for me, so it might work nicely for you.

Necro Heads are mostly useless due to Spirit and if MB due to Storm.
Pal has Scepters as RWs and Pal Shields as RWs and special Pal Shields RWs lol

you’d pick +2 spirit over a +3 or even +6 necrohead?
maybe FCR is very important in a game with enigma
well it can sort of be done when wearing CtA, however if not pvp i’d always choose skiller necrohead over spirit due to sheer amount of increased damage as a summoner… though for bone necro +6 isnt doing a whole lot though…
anyways in terms of summon necro i haven’t got much choice anyways it’s just Sigon’s set shield, as it’s the only + skill shield for the necro in D2R classic…
The same reason I don’t use spacebar for shooting in FPS games.
I have a good mouse. If you map the force move on the left click, you can’t interact with anything. I tried a macro and it doesn’t work too. Also, why the hell should I buy a mouse to make this game to properly left click???
I’m sure the company has enough resources to work on multiple things at the same time. Especially if one of them is completely trivial.
No it’s not. I can’t believe people think that company that is able to make and run games like WoW globaly and pay their CEO one third of a billion dollars is not able to make a left click in a 25 years old game to work. Of course they can do it. Just hire some two externalist dudes who will make it happen over a weekend.
really? i thought spacebar is basically a default for jump in virtually any FPS game…
If you’d had an MMO mouse You’d knew… MMO mice have a pelthora of extra buttons that are essentially treated an usb keyboard under your thumb… You could map any of the exta keys to force move, and be done with it… it’s not that you need to bind left click to it.
i literally have 12 buttons on the thumbgrid all set by default to mimick 0-9 and “-” + “=” this way any arpg can be virtually played with just one hand… but You do You
