Can not pick up Unique Grand Charm

Today I was playing in ladder non terror zone cow. A Unique Grand Charm dropped. I couldn’t pick it up. I went to town and empty my stash and cube. I still couldn’t pick up the Unique Grand Charm nor any luck with loot to cube. Since stash is empty. That includes no Gheed.

Please look into this before Season 3 starts.

After review my steps. I forgotten personal stash also counts toward it.

Please disregard this topic. No bug was found. Just my mistake.
