Yes, pits, ancient tunnels, mausoleum and other such areas can drop any item.

do you mostly get your good drops from the purple chest at the end or just from killing mobs? i’ve done a fair bit of ancient tunnels and pit runs and idt ive ever gotten a yellow or higher from the purple chests
The champion packs. They are the golden goose. And before that, it was a week of absolutely nothing. RNG is RNG.
