Can hydras be affected by facet +dmg and -resist?

I read about how facets only affect dmg from casters, not from minions (skele mages, assasin self-attacking traps, etc). Some forum posts say hydra is coded in the game as a minion so it shouldn’t.

However some ppl said in the coding of the game, hydra is an exception. So does both the +dmg and -enemy resist from fire facets work with hydras, or only the +dmg and not the -enemey resist? Anyone have a link to the proof explaining this which also shows the computer code responsible for it?

I believe this to be the case! However, I have heard Hydra does not work with Sunder.

Another bug, that’s related, is voice of reason/obedience equipped on your Merc does not work for you. That’s a very long-standing bug. I had hoped it had gotten fixed with Sunder. Apparently not.
