I realize that my Diablo 2 Resurrected character’s progression has been lost.
My character was at the beginning of act 3 and I find him at act 2. Worse, I don’t have any equipment on the character anymore! But what worries me the most is to see other players in the same situation and without solutions from you. Do you not care about your customers? If you don’t know how to restore characters, maybe you should consider a retraining in another field! I wasted several hours playing for nothing. In short, I don’t even dare to play anymore for fear of losing everything again. This is unacceptable! I have the right to ask you for a refund because this game simply does not work!

Yeah… I feel your pain. I lost all of my items (maybe progress too but the items was big loss for me). I contacted blizz and they told me nupe to a refund or char/item restoration. Here is what they said.
