Finished my first Assassin, and being a melee guy, went pure ww melee
She clears a little slower than my ww barb but ‘‘feels’’ very quick (when you are not cursed), pretty fun build (chaos runs in the 2:20-2:40 range)
A Plague would make things even faster by negating all the curses but it’s too expensive right now in Non ladder.
Gear at start
I’ve got a ghostsin in non ladder. She is super nice in pvp vs casters but in pvm, the repair costs of the chaos claws are damn high. I bought a perfect eth upped bartucs (offhand) and put a zod rune in them to halve my repair costs during baalruns. What I want to say is not being able to make chaos in an indestructible base is a huge downside for pvm. I think a kick/trap hybrid has got less issues in pvm.
