Okay this has happened far too many times to be a coincidence…
Everytime it happens I just quit the game… It happens when the amazon is avoiding/dodging attacks and then all of a sudden is stuck in place unable to move/attack/pick items up/etc…
Is there any way to fix this?
They are addressing it in 2.4. Don’t skill into Dodge/Avoid/Evade to avoid this. (pun intended)
I’ve got a point in each to get the Valk, never encountered this issue. (Knock on wood)
I have one point in them too… but my + skills add up too much where it happens

I reported it a couple times myself. This was discussed in the Online MrllamaSC web chat, and they are addressing these skills and the bugs surrounding them in 2.4.
For me, i unspec’d out of those skills and it no longer bugs me. I have to do w/o a Valk, but i can still use a Decoy.
speak of Diablo… it just happened again, for the fourth time today… was getting attacked by Bartuc’s wave (3rd wave) at the Throne of Destruction and the Hydra’s kept hitting me and I froze in place
