If you didn’t make it, it means you didn’t do it.
Check if item is normal and not magical : white name.
I’m sure it’s not a bug.
No don’t do it in a white item. The item-name have to be grey. And for sure for this particular runeword it have to be a 2-socklet helmed. I did this runeword myself and it worked.
Sometimes you’ll find a magic helm (blue text) with 2 sockets. It will be called Artisan’s helm, which gives between 1-2 sockets. You can also get a magic item that’s called Artisan’s (3 sockets) and Jeweler’s (4 sockets). DO NOT PUT RUNEWORDS INTO MAGIC (BLUE) ITEMS! For runewords to work it has to be a grey item and have the exact number of sockets needed. So a OrtSol runeword needs to be in a 2 socketed grey helm, not 3 sockets.
