increase stamina doesnt add 0.4 to frenzy time base (14sec) effect.
invested so much in my inc stamina skills . and sadly its broken .
no matter what increase stamina skill i have 40 or base . my frenzy time stays the same .

with 40inc stamina skill i should get 16sec bonus time . and i dont get it .
its mega broken :frowning:
pls fix it in next update . it barb most immportant skill .

Only hard points grant Synergie effects, so +8 seconds is max.
It’s been like this since Synergies were introduced in 2001 with D2/LoD.
