I’m coming to you because support redirected me to you. Here’s the bug.
I’m on Act 3. I’ve completed all the quests. I have Mephisto’s Soulstone, but I can’t get through the portal. I’ve logged out and logged back in several times, except that when I do that, I have to kill Mephisto again, constantly. There’s no way to get through the portal, and I can’t see myself starting the game again because I’ve been careful to explore every nook and cranny of the map since Act 1, just for the good old days. So, if anyone can help me, thank you.
