BUG - console region issue

I cant play with my friend in EU, we both have rotw and are playing warlock but I am on NA PS5 and hes on EU PS5, he cannot join my game and vice versa. there are issues with region ever since the release yesterday. this was never an issue before. please help

edit: it just say non rotw cannot join rotw. but we both playing warlock..?

Same here for Switch. I’m on US server and he is EU. I even switch server to EU still can’t join game.

Tried with level 1 warlock and higher levels. Tried with Paladin level 96.

All giving the same error message. Non Rotw character can’t join Rotw.
